1. Introduction

Welcome to AppsNowFit. These Terms of Service govern your use of our mini lifestyle app helpers and related offerings. By accessing or using our services, infoproducts, or goods, you agree to be bound by these terms. All references to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to AppsNowFit.

2. Services

AppsNowFit provides personalized lifestyle assistance through mini app helper sessions, including virtual coaching, habit tracking, and custom recommendations. Sessions are scheduled in advance. You may reschedule at no extra charge if done at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund, as time and resources are reserved specifically for you.

3. Infoproducts

Our infoproducts include digital guides, tutorials, and downloadable resources delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access and no physical shipment is involved. Due to the instant access nature, all sales of infoproducts are final and non-refundable.

4. Goods

AppsNowFit offers physical products such as branded fitness accessories. You may return goods within 30 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. Return shipping is arranged by you unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

5. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction. The following outlines how refunds or rescheduling are handled by offering category:

5.1 Services

If you cancel a service session with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule at no additional fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund is provided, as preparations were already made. If we cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5.2 Infoproducts

All digital downloads and online courses are provided instantly. Therefore, they are non-refundable upon delivery of the download link or access credentials.

5.3 Goods

To request a return, notify us within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within seven business days. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item arrived defective.

5.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to the same payment method you used at purchase within seven business days. You will receive an email notification upon completion of the refund process.
